The Unofficial Guide to Radiography- one of my favourite overall radiology books and used by myself many times. Full of great explanations with loads of high quality images. If you only want one book on Radiology as a whole make it this one. Well worth the money!

Chest X-rays for Medical Students- another book using the ABCDE system- a little different to my own but on much the same lines. Not as heavy (physically) as the one above either and might suit your budget more.
